You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. 88gembet will use this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and as required by our licensing obligations. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication code with any third party. 88gembet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify 88gembet immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

This process requires you to provide documentary evidence of your identity, age, and residential address. You may not deposit or withdraw funds on behalf of another person, nor may you allow another person to use your 88gembet account to transact. All funds in your 88gembet account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. 88gembet will freeze and investigate any account where third-party payment activity is identified, and may permanently close such accounts with any balance retained pending investigation completion.

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for the relevant product. 88gembet reserves the right to void bets where a technical malfunction, data error, or manifest pricing error has occurred.
Sportsbook bets are settled based on the official result at the end of the relevant match period as determined by the relevant governing body. 88gembet uses data from official sources for result determination. In the event of a void bet (abandoned match, postponement, walkover), the stake is returned to your account. Live in-play bets are accepted at 88gembet's discretion and may be suspended at any time. Odds quoted at time of bet placement are locked in for accepted bets.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on 88gembet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
88gembet may suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected; a duplicate account is identified; KYC verification is not completed within the required timeframe; or the account holder requests self-exclusion. Where an account is suspended for investigation, 88gembet will retain the balance pending resolution of the investigation.
You may request to close your 88gembet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, 88gembet can alternatively set up a cooling-off period or self-exclusion rather than full closure.
88gembet provides all account holders with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at all times from the Account Settings panel: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits; loss limits; reality check reminders; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion. These tools take effect within 24 hours of being set for increases in limits, and immediately for all limit reductions, cooling-off requests, and self-exclusion requests.

Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and will remain in place for the minimum period requested (no less than 6 months for self-exclusion requests). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, scraped, or used for any commercial purpose without 88gembet's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88gembet shall not be liable for: losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, whether or not influenced by technical issues; interruptions to platform availability; third-party payment processing delays or failures; any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform; or losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security. 88gembet's total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
88gembet aims to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 88gembet's reasonable control including force majeure events. 88gembet will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
88gembet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or via a platform notification. Continued use of the 88gembet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version of these Terms and Conditions, with the "last updated" date displayed at the top of this page, is always the governing version.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88gembet holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to 88gembet's internal dispute resolution process, with a response provided within 14 calendar days. These Terms and Conditions are provided in English, which shall be the governing language for all interpretation purposes. Any translation of these Terms and Conditions into another language is provided for convenience only and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
